By Car
- Start at LAX and take I-405 South (San Diego Freeway)
- Merge onto I-5 South toward San Diego
- Continue for about 100 miles
- Take Exit 32 for Carmel Mountain RD
- Turn right onto Carmel Mountain RD, then left onto Sorrento Valley RD
- Continue past Sorrento Valley Station, turn right onto Roselle St.
- Then turn right onto Dunhill St, then left onto Tower Rd.

By Public Transit
- Take the FlyAway Bus to Union Station in LA
- Board the Pacific Surfliner train to San Diego
